In this video Dave brings you along to see what a typical work day is like for an architect. Dave’s project is about an hour north of Dallas, Texas where his firm is located, and the project is at a point where it needs to be walked by himself and the project architect to check up on the contractor’s progress. While it is true that architects can be most likely be found in their office, daily life in a corporate architecture firm isn’t that exciting to feature on a vlog. So, with today being split between construction observation, and some time at the office we hope it sheds some light onto what a day in the life of an architect is like.

This video is meant for anyone who is curious as to what an architect does day to day, for students, aspiring architects, and for those clients that wonder what it is that we do all day.

Dave will be featuring more of his work as an architect on the channel in the upcoming days and months. Some of which will be in the “day in the life of” style, while others will be more technical in nature and explaining what an architect does, and what they offer to a client or a project.
